Tiger Woods remains hopeful he can play one tournament per month for the rest of the 2024 season.

Woods, appearing on the "Today" show Wednesday morning, said he is still following the calendar he mapped out before the season began. But physical limitations continue to give the 15-time major winner pause.

He completed the Masters last month but requires a "cold plunge every day, religiously" to get his body going and was "extremely sore" when he left Augusta National. Woods shot a 16-over 304 at the Masters to finish last among the 60 golfers who made the 36-hole cut.
