Happy Tuesday Husky fans. The Huskies got some good news today when former 4 star edge Jayden Wayne committed to UW (from Miami). Originally rated as the 14th best edge in the country and a 4 star player by 247sports, Wayne decided he wanted to come and join the Husky program. Miami gained his commitment over offers from UW, Oregon, USC, Georgia, and LSU.
Listed at 6’6” and around 245 pounds, Wayne had good size for the position. Originally from Tacoma, Wayne transferred to IMG Academy for his senior year and joined Miami after signing in their 2023 class.
